The Outlier ships all orders from Australia via Australia post at a flat rate per order. All orders are sent from Sydney, Australia and are packed and dispatched within four business days, except weekends or public holidays. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Please note that changes or cancellations of orders will not be accepted once the shipping confirmation has been delivered.

- $11.35 AUD for Express shipping with tracking via Australia Post (1-3 Business days) or
- $8.50 AUD for Standard shipping with tracking via Australia Post (2-5 Business days)
- Free standard shipping with tracking via Australia Post for orders over $60.00 AUD (2-5 Business days).
Please note delivery to rural areas can take 4-6 business days from dispatch date.
- $30.00 AUD standard shipping with tracking via International Pack and Track
International deliveries have an estimated delivery time of 6-7 Business days from date of dispatch.
Unfortunately The Outlier cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected timeframes. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Some delays may be experienced due to public holidays, for remote areas, extreme weather conditions and delays with the postal service, and this is out of our control. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Once you have placed your order, for piece of mind you may email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the following:
- insurance at an additional cost of $1.50 per $100 of your item's value (or part thereof). This provides you with cover for the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) if your item is lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post.
- signature upon delivery at an additional cost of $2.95 by emailing email@example.com with your order number and request.
Please note it is your responsibility as a customer to request and pay for any additional coverage on your order.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you once the items have been dispatched to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments with Australia post.
PLEASE NOTE -
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release you order from customs on arrival. The Outlier will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you familarise yourself with any import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package.
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.
Expected new arrivals and items that may be restocked will be labelled as "coming soon". Unfortunately The Outlier cannot provide definitive release dates however you may subscribe to our newsletter to receive up to date information or express interest for items you wish to be restocked.
